THREE PILLARS. ONE WHOLE YOU.

Wellbeing isn’t one thing.
It’s how everything connects.

We begin by looking at three essential parts of your life. Not in isolation, but as a whole — because each one influences the others.

/ 01

Mind

Make space for a clearer mind.

Explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Build awareness and find a more compassionate way to relate to yourself.

/ 02

Food

Nourish yourself, inside and out.

Reconnect with how you fuel your body. Discover everyday habits that feel nourishing, balanced, and right for you.

/ 03

Movement

Find your own rhythm.

Bring more intention to your exercise and daily activities. Make room for movement, rest, and the things that bring you joy and support mental health.

Everything is connected.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Not a new you.
More of the real you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. And you don’t need another set of rules to follow.

Mind Food Movement offers holistic coaching and counseling that starts with where you are. Together, we explore your thoughts, how you fuel your body, and your everyday activities — creating space for more awareness, connection, and balance.

A gentler way forward

SUPPORT THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE

Your life. Your pace.
Our support.

No perfect starting point required. Just a willingness to get curious about what feeling well means for you.

01

Begin with a conversation

Share what brings you here and what you’d like to feel differently. We make space to listen.

02

Look at the whole picture

Explore the areas of mind, food, and movement to understand your strengths and where you could use support.

03

Take your next small step

Find realistic, meaningful changes that fit your life, with a compassionate partner along the way.

What does holistic mean here?

It means considering your life as a whole: your thoughts and emotions, how you nourish yourself, and your movement and daily routines. We explore how these areas connect rather than focusing on just one.

Do I need to work on all three pillars?

Your first session will include an assessment of all three pillars. We've found that a plan to address all three pillars is best, and you'll be a part of making that plan.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND MIND FOOD MOVEMENT

About us

Kelly Anne Troy MA, CHC

My name is Kelly Anne and I have a Master's in Counseling and I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I’m also the founder of Greenstraw, an original concept smoothie and juice bar I started and ran for 11 years. My new challenge and passion is helping people learn about the healing power of food and movement.

It is never too late to change the way you and your family eat and the way you incorporate movement into your life. It’s true that it is easiest if you start when your children are first introduced to solid food, but everyone can change their palate, no matter their age, and everyone can start new habits.

Food affects our entire being, both mentally and physically. The same can be said for movement. It is my mission to educate and empower people to improve their family’s mental and physical health through diet and holistic life changes.

Jeff Troy MA, LAPC

My name is Jeff, and I’m a life-long researcher, student of human behavior and a counselor. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, career transitions, burnout, leadership challenges, and the pressure to perform—especially those who feel stuck between “doing fine” and actually thriving.

I’ve spent nearly 30 years in business across entrepreneurial and corporate environments. I’ve led teams, coached business professionals and athletes, guided career growth, and worked in applied behavioral research to better understand how people communicate, think, decide, and change. I bring that real-world perspective into therapy.

It’s not easy to ask for help, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. But at some point, doing it alone stops working as well as it used to. Here’s the truth: You don’t have to figure everything out by yourself.
